Our ‘Extra 10%’ theory |
|
We all know that, given the opportunity, a horse eats according to its needs. Take a group of horses that have been stabled for some time, turn them away on traditional mixed pasture and watch how they all graze on different plants and grasses. That is their way of fulfilling their individual needs. Only after that will they adopt a similar grazing pattern.
Domesticated horses have to rely much more on what we give them either in their bucket or field!
Even healthy, co-operative, willing horses can benefit from a herbal boost; that’s Lyn’s deeply held conviction.
“I watch top performance horses' little traits, a tendency to buck, that sort of thing, and it raises questions about whether there is an extra ten per cent somewhere in there; maybe even in settling for the dressage.
