Watching your horse graze in a natural environment, you may notice the way he does this and see that variety is of utmost importance to him. The reason for this is that he needs certain ingredients from multiple plants. Remember, each plant gleans different vitamins and minerals from the ground and each one effects the horses' system in a different way. I may also add that these vitamins and minerals are in their purest and easiest assimilated form, as they are being picked by the horse. However with the best of intentions domesticated grazing may not be able to fully offer what the horse would choose for its self, so in our opinion and from our own horses, closest second, that we know of, is when we harvest the plant and make it into a powder form and feed it directly to the horse in his feed, as a top dressing and thus giving 'Nature back to the horse'
We are all born with a 'level of health' so are horses and other animals. These levels can be negatively affected by 'living' but could also be optimised and maintained by the use of our herbal mixes - Health maintenance takes patience and is an ongoing process.
Something to think about.....?
As you may already know, animals talk to us a lot, the fact that we may not always be able to 'speak' their language can prove challenging and frustrating too.
We, Lyn and Johnny, are continually being shown by our own horses their ability to 'speak' to us - for example my, horse did at one stage find it more difficult to turn to the right when schooling and had hard little bumps under his skin - these little difficulties, soon resolved when I gave him some additional maintainance for his liver (skeletally he was aligned)
